Jessica Scott, SSP 2005



Jessica Scott received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta, her Masters of Science in Cardiovascular Physiology from the University of British Columbia, and is currently a PhD candidate in Cardiovascular Physiology at the University of British Columbia. She is studying the effects of exercise on cardiovascular function in elite athletes, heart transplant recipients and individuals with spinal cord injury.

In her spare time Jess enjoys training for triathlons, and is gearing up for the 2009 Ironman Canada. Jess completed the ISU Summer Session Program as a student in 2005, and then was employed as a Life Sciences and team project teaching assistant in 2006.
